Reid State Park – Georgetown, Maine
I stumbled upon this scene completely by accident—one of those serendipitous moments that feels like a quiet reward for being curious. Following an unmarked path, I found this small opening along the water just as the fog began to lift, revealing this beautifully still reflection. Shooting in conditions like this—soft light, muted tones, and a sense of calm isolation—is where I feel most at home as a photographer. This image, captured in Reid State Park just south of Georgetown, Maine, holds a special place for me. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best moments aren’t planned—they’re simply found.
